Shipping policy

Shipping

Paid orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders with free local delivery will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless another courier is selected.
Orders containing hats will be shipped in a box to protect their shape.
Duties are not included in the price.

Responsibility

Once shipped, the courier is responsible for the order.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the courier using your tracking info.
Boredom is not responsible for issues during shipping.
