Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days for a gift card, size exchange, or item exchange.
• No change of mind returns.
• Return postage and any associated fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Email info.brdm.ca@gmail.com before returning items.
• Boredom will inspect returns to determine if they qualify for a refund.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
• International customers should check with their local courier.
• Delivery in Canada: 1-3 business days.
• International delivery times are not available.
