Purchase Date:
Warranty begins on the date of purchase. 

Warranty Period:
This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.

Scope of Warranty:
Boredom Clothing and Things warrants that the above-mentioned product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period. 

Coverage Includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • Labor costs for warranty repairs performed by an authorized service center.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from environmental factors (e.g., water, fire, etc.).
  • Products used for commercial purposes.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team by text at boredomstoreipad@icloud.com or via email at info.brdm.ca@gmail.com to report the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) along with a description of the problem.
  3. Follow instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

Limitation of Liability:
Boredom shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
